Job Summary

Oversees the planning, organization and implementation of multiple and complex digital projects.

What You Will Do

  • Setting up and maintaining digital project management processes.

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of projects, including overseeing project responsibilities and schedules. Developing contingency plans for potential risks.

  • Directing and motivating project team.

  • Evaluating and managing deliverables to ensure that service expectations are achievable, developed, and met.

  • Monitoring project results for significant deviations. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes.

  • Introducing and managing procure related data source.

What You Have

  • Program Coding: Knowledge of computer program principles and control; ability to program in any coding language (C#, Python, VBA….)

  • Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular form (SQL Server, Snowflake, Power BI…).

  • IT Project Management, Control and Reporting: Knowledge of project management, control and reporting; ability to monitor the vital signs of an IT project while managing its progress and delivery schedule; ability to plan, organize, monitor and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources.

  • IT Standards, Procedures & Policies: Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge.

  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
