This individual will lead a product team focused on delivering an industry-leading engagement delivery solution. They will collaborate with product teams across the entire Intapp solution portfolio to help enable the Intapp Intelligence Applied vision. This position requires significant engagement with a wide range of stakeholders from senior product, engineering, AI, and services leadership, internal end-users and team leads, partners, ISVs, and most importantly clients.What you will do:

• Own the definition, communication, and execution of the product strategy.
• Report directly to the Vice President of Product and be directly involved in quarterly and annual product strategy planning.
• Work closely with the Senior Director of Engineering to refine product definition and development processes.
• Work closely with UI/UX Designers and Leadership to deliver a best-in-class and innovative user experience.
• Be the product leader to clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
• Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Services on all aspects of new product launches ensuring that internal teams are enabled, and the value proposition is effectively communicated.
• Identify KPIs for individual product areas and set goals for the team.
• Be willing to get your hands dirty and understand and be involved with all product and development lifecycle aspects.
• Mentor and support the career growth of your Product Management team.
• Lead, recruit and continue to build a world-class team.

Requirements/your background:

• Extensive experience with B2B Enterprise Software Product Management; ideally with a good deal of your experience with people and product leadership, with demonstrable success stories.
• Substantial experience building Enterprise Business Applications/SaaS products that realized some scale; you were part of growing them to $20m plus.
• Proven experience bringing to market AI solutions, 3rd party app integrations, and complex administrative tools
• Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, M365/O365, and associated APIs a plus.
• Experience with platform ecosystems and Platform-as-a-Service a plus.
• Experience working for a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen carefully and communicate effectively within a diverse environment
• Expertise in the Software Development Lifecycle
• Technical Bachelor’s degree and MBA, are preferred
