Core Responsibilities

  • Maximise the commercial performance of LEGO.com Western Europe

  • Create and lead a schedule of ecommerce improvements including site performance, customer behaviour and strategic improvements in alignment with business growth targets.

  • Imperative voice into core business drivers from demand plans, marketing, & distributions to name a few.

  • Explore global vs local trends to make recommendations on how to implement localised content and experience.

  • Optimise internal search experience by language and country level.

  • Work with key partners (demand planning, merchandising) to optimise the product portfolio and stock positions in order to drive sales results.

  • Partner with Product (Tech) teams to define requirements to support on-site optimisation & local needs (e.g. payment options).

  • Partner with Distribution and Consumer Services teams to track and improve Shopper NPS and Ecommerce profitability.

  • Drive alignments with Market Groups via joint business planning.

The LEGO.com eCommerce Team is a vital part of the overall LEGO organisation. It is both a large contributor towards delivering our commercial goals and a critical brand experience focused on creating and maintaining excitement for the LEGO system of play. Our vision on the trading team is to drive profitable sales growth for LEGO.com through seamless execution and relentless optimisation of end-to-end online shopper experiences, to fans, parents, and gift givers. Working alongside eComm, Marketing and the wider LEGO Group, this role will define and deliver plans to use our existing business tools to optimize the site down to a country level, becoming an expert in regional and language differences.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong experience in an eCommerce trading role, from any product category.

  • Experience working with on-site optimisation tools including analytics, testing, content management and internal search.

  • A bias for action, strong commercial growth mindset, and a dedication to develop and shape strategic approaches.

  • Passion for developing a deep understanding of shopper needs throughout the online journey

  • Open, collaborative communication style, with experience working across cultures and time zones to build connected, sustainable relationships regardless of organisational structure.

  • Open to travel internationally up to 20%.
