I’m working with a well-established yet small Building Services Consultancy, known for delivering meticulous, high-end projects within the retail sector. The client prides themselves on fostering a supportive work environment and offering ample career development opportunities.The firm’s Directors are currently looking to expand their Electrical team by hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer. Ideally, candidates will have significant industry experience, with a focus on design within an engineering consultancy or contractor environment.The consultancy is based near London Bridge and offers a flexible work arrangement, with four days in the office and one day remote, typically on Fridays.Their project portfolio includes luxury retail, bespoke residential, commercial office spaces, and some aviation work. While they are well-known in the retail sector, their growth strategy involves expanding further into the commercial, higher education, and potentially pharmaceutical sectors, leveraging existing client relationships.As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you should have experience leading a variety of projects, with expertise in using software like Dialux, Amtech and relevant electrical design tools. MEP Revit experience is a plus, though not required, as the company has a well-established BIM department.In return, you’ll gain exposure to all project phases, including on-site experience, and will represent the company in design team meetings with clients and contractors.
