Your role’s mission:Content development and strategy
- You will shape clear and engaging narratives for Pelico’s products and features as well as Pelico’s methodology for Product deployment within customer’s factories.
- You will create and develop straightforward, informative content (including tutorials, videos, In Apps and how-to guides) and deliver it across various platforms like knowledge libraries, in-app, internal training university
- You will use consultative analytical skills and sound instructional design principles to deliver live/online enablement to maximize audience learning and engagement
- You will present Pelico to global users and partners through strategic content (text, image, video, quizzes) highlighting business values at every step.
Collaboration and communication
- You will collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing teams for release ideation, execution, and editorial planning.
- You will engage with Subject Matter Experts (Customer Operations team) for collaborative content creation.
- You will provide creative ideas for organizing and delivering content to ensure user success and increase their Pelico’s functional adoption.
User-centric approach
- You will gain a profound understanding of user needs, enabling you to distill complex features into easily digestible and user-friendly formats.
- You will employ GenAI tools and other advanced technologies to streamline and enhance the efficiency of content creation and delivery efficiency, ensuring that the information is accessible and engaging.
- You will consistently emphasize the business values and operational efficiencies that users can achieve by leveraging Pelico’s features, helping them understand and appreciate the tangible benefits of our solutions in their daily operations.
Analytics and Continuous Improvement
- You will closely monitor content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to increase content usage significantly.
- You will help organize and schedule content delivery effectively.
- You must keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in content writing and digital assets.

- Educator / Teaching abilities and mindset (a complex mix of Technical Writer, Instructional Designer and Instructor)
- Cross-team coordination
- Client-first (internal, partners, and actual clients)
- Proactive communication and strong writing skills
- Project Management skills
- Curious, adaptation to change
Hard Skills
- Strong editorial / written technical documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Native English (or equivalent), ideally bilingual French
- Instructional Designer methodology with Knowledge of LMS and In-Apps platforms
- Agile working methods in multidisciplinary and international environments (tools: Notion, Linear)
- Technical writing methodology (single sourcing, Content Management Systems) and tools (MadCap Flare, Confluence, FrameMaker, GitHub)
- Information architecture
- Experience in B2B SaaS, Data/ETL, and/or Manufacturing is a plus
