We’re seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of multi-disciplinary projects.The Office is based in Barrow-In-Furness and 85% of the time will be remote.As part of our team, you’ll be at the forefront of developing, deploying, and governing engineering processes across diverse projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Tailoring and communicating product development life cycles to meet the unique needs of various programs and systems.
• Providing crucial engineering governance across multiple delivery programs.
• Offering support to non-engineering stakeholders within a complex engineering development environment.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to fellow engineers.
• Steering new systems development by implementing best practice systems lifecycle processes.
• Collaborating with customers to ensure the successful delivery of systems and resolving any issues that may arise.

Your Skills and Experiences:

• A degree-level qualification in a relevant subject, or equivalent industry/armed forces experience.
• Exposure to engineering lifecycle processes.
• Understanding of relevant engineering standards, including safety and environmental regulations.
