Job Description:Our team is focused on designing and building a portfolio of energy products to serve customers in their residential and solar needs. We are currently seeking highly motivated Engineering Program Managers, who will be responsible for the end-to-end success of the programs they oversee.You will be responsible for the final delivery of program(s) through planning and execution of activities required to meet program goals, working extensively with engineering, product, supply chain, and many other departments across the company.What will you do?

The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is CAD $106,000-$160,000 for candidates who are B.C. residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
