This pivotal role focuses on driving revenue growth, fostering collaboration across global teams, and ensuring the highest standards of sales enablement and performance.Your Mission
To lead and develop a high-performing enrolments team, working closely with prestigious university partners to ensure outstanding student growth and satisfaction.What your day-to-day will look like
(Responsibilities & Structure of this Role)

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Head of Enrolments to develop sales strategies, OKRs, and plans for achieving high-performance growth.
• Team Management: Oversee a diverse team of sales professionals across regions, including South Africa and the UK, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
• Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key university partners to align enrolment strategies with their objectives.
• Sales Enablement: Work with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and messaging to support the enrolments team.
• Training and Development: Design and deliver sales training programs to equip the team with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor sales performance metrics and OKRs to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales processes with organisational goals.

RequirementsWhat you’ll need to succeed

• Sales Leadership Experience: At least 4 years in a leadership role, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
• Exceptional Leadership Skills: Strong communication, mentorship, and team-building abilities.
• Sales Enablement Expertise: Experience in training and developing sales teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
