We’re dedicated to strengthening, empowering and supercharging brands.About the jobWe’re looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the CEO and help streamline operations, manage key relationships and ensure the CEO’s time is focused on the most strategic task.What you will doStrategic Planning and Execution

  • Assist the CEO in implementing the company’s strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy
  • Monitor progress on key initiatives and provide regular updates to the leadership team

Leadership Support

  • Manage the CEO’s priorities by organising meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
  • Provide CEO with augmented information ahead of meetings
  • Represent the CEO in meetings, when necessary, to convey decisions and policies
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, travel arrangements and expenses
  • Coordinate weekly meetings with line managers to collate departmental overviews

Communication and Coordination

  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and other executives, employees, and external stakeholders
  • Observe, monitor and gather information. Be attuned to internal operations, employee sentiment and external marketing conditions
  • Draft, edit, and manage communications on behalf of the CEO including emails, reports, and presentations
  • Ensure effective communication flow across the organisation, breaking down silos between departments
  • Liase with CEO direct reports
  • Assist with talent acquisition and performance management

About you

  • Strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic planning and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise important tasks
  • Ability to analyse and compile a large amount of data and come up with conclusive results
  • Ability to motivate, coordinate and ensure proper time management among reports
  • Over 3 years of experience in an executive or business management role and a track record of department and team management
  • Experience performing tasks such as planning and leading strategic activities
  • Budget preparation/budget management
  • Data analysis and project coordination
