Amazon is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support critical functions for Amazon Logistics – our rapidly expanding internal delivery operation, purpose-built to achieve and exceed the delivery quality and speed demands of Amazon customers.Key job responsibilities
The Senior Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for business partnering, decision support, controllership and operations cost reduction. This role requires extensive cross-functional partnership with various retail, transportation, and finance teams to identify best practices across the network and lead cost improvement efforts for operations.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
– 3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
– MBA, or CPA
– Knowledge of Tableau
– Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
