Based out of our Toronto Distribution Center, the Senior Financial Analyst will be reporting to the Manager, FP&A and partnering closely with key stakeholders in DC Operations and various corporate functions. You will be responsible for financial planning and analysis for lululemon’s distribution centres in Toronto (Ontario) and Columbus (Ohio) providing insightful analysis from financial and operational metrics and be skillfully adept at connecting operations with financial results.core responsibilitiesPartner with Supply Chain leadership in the Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecasting of operating expenditures for our East Coast Distribution CentresTrack expenses and identify and investigate monthly and quarterly variances to budget and forecast while proactively identifying opportunities for improvementAnalyze trends in operational metrics & connect to financial implicationsAd hoc decision support and scenario analysis as requiredqualifications4+ years of progressive finance, financial analysis, and reporting experience with fast-paced business environments. Prior Finance experience supporting distribution centres and warehousing considered a strong asset.Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or similar.CPA or CA designation, MBA a plus.Expert knowledge of Excel is required and knowledge of Oracle Hyperion, COUPA and PowerBI is an asset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Extremely organized, thorough and takes pride in quality.Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner.Ability to work with a large amount detail without losing sight of the big picture.Excellent team player as well as the ability to work with limited direction must haves.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.This role requires you to be onsite at our Toronto distribution centre 3x per weekmust haves

Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 – $107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
