The Senior FP&A Controller works with a diverse range of internal stakeholders to provide the business with detailed and intelligent financial information that enables it to plan strategically for the future. In this position, you will be given autonomy to own the EMEA Intercompany recharges, partner with functional finance controllers to validate financial data, and take on higher responsibilities in leading specialist projects.For this position, Dematic is seeking an experienced finance professional who demonstrates the ability to solve complex tasks and is proficient in their duties as a senior finance expert. This includes the coordination and timely execution of EMEA and Global recharges for both actuals and forecasts.Validate financials with the Center of Excellence (CoE) and partner with functional controllers to ensure these are captured in their financials.Complete variance analyses per country for actuals and forecast.Create executive presentations with key summary findings for the Senior FP&A Leaders to review and communicate with the EMEA Leadership Team (e.g. CFO, CEO levels)Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of EMEA Capex for both Actuals, Forecast and Budget at the EMEA total level, by country and by functional area.Create robust analyses on key initiatives contributing to Capex growth and validate phasing with stakeholders.Strong cross-functional partnership with all EMEA teams to review, draft and analyse key financial analyses to support the FP&A Senior Manager for further review with Senior Finance Leadership.Co-support FP&A senior analyst with allocation model analyses for budget, actuals, and forecast.Work on specialist projects that may include; PowerBI template creation and enhanced automation, Cash Flow optimization for cash conversion cycle analysis, and other specialist improvement projects aligned with the team’s goals.Qualifications & Experience:Educated to a degree level in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a similar discipline.Extensive professional experience in financial controlling and reporting in a group company environment.Demonstrates a clear ability to work collaboratively within an international business environment across multiple countries building strong stakeholder partnerships.Experience working in an international matrix environment where collaboration and stakeholder relationships are key to overcoming challenges and inciting improvement.Distinct ability to work with large financial data sets and produce meaningful/actionable reports that can be presented at an executive level.Comfortable operating within change management and applying analytical and critical thinking to complex situations and tasks.Good knowledge of financial planning tools (Oracle EPM would be advantageous).Good knowledge of financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP / SAP4HANA).Proficient in MS Office Packages (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint).Advantageous if you have worked with, or have a developed ability with MS PowerBI and/or Tableau.Professional level in both spoken and written English.
