⭐ Mission:Join Qonto as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist and play a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth strategy. You’ll be instrumental in building financial models and providing insights that shape our business decisions, working closely with senior leaders to influence the future of our company.👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Senior FP&A Manager at Qonto, you will

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models focused on revenue analysis and strategic business decisions.

• Partner with Growth, Strategy, and Product teams to drive performance and understand revenue generation strategies.

• Develop and enhance financial tools, processes, and reporting mechanisms to analyze business metrics.

• Conduct in-depth forecasting and strategic planning with various stakeholders.

• Collaborate on budgeting and performance tracking to identify growth opportunities.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar role, focusing on revenue analysis.

• You possess strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• You have a proven track record of business partnering and influencing strategic decisions.

• You demonstrate strategic thinking and business acumen.

• You are proactive, autonomous, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
