It is based on proprietary Deep Learning algorithms at the forefront of AI state of the art. With Ansys SimAI, users can train AI models using simulation results and then can reliably predict the performance of complex problems in minutes instead of hours or days. It empowers users to make decisions faster, enables leaner iterations, and boosts innovation.The Senior R&D Engineer – Frontend Developer will contribute to the development of the user-facing part of the SimAI SaaS platform. Senior R&D Engineer – Frontend Developer will use last-generation tools (vue3, typescript). Senior R&D Engineer – Frontend Developer problem-solving skills will help us tackle complex issues. To do this, The Senior R&D Engineer – Frontend Developer will collaborate with a team of experts who are, together, building the future of computer-assisted system design.In our team, autonomy is key. The Senior R&D Engineer – Frontend Developer will be tasked with end-to-end jobs from problem definition to implementation.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer requirementsDesign, implement, maintain and test frontend services, including new parts of the product that follow R&D research effortUnderstand and use best practicesPerform bug qualification, release testingImplement automated testing for frontendWork in close collaboration with the product, design and UI/UX team on a day-to-day basisMinimum Education/Certification Requirements and ExperienceBS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5 years’ experience, MS with 3 years’ experience6 years of professional experience developing frontend servicesSoftware development experience, on open-source software or in a professional settingDeep knowledge of frontend technologiesPreferred Qualifications and SkillsTop-notch communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of, and taste for elegant designYou love pixel-perfect interfacesWilling to solve hard User Interface problems with a product and designer teamWilling to harmonize a product, which is leveraging highly complex technologies under a simple interfaceAbility to learn quickly and to collaborate with others in a geographically distributed teamExperience with typescript, vue3 and PythonAt Ansys, we know that changing the world takes vision, skill, and each other.
