Working in conjunction with the other Seniors in the Marketing team, you will develop and implement the global brand strategy to drive growth, market share, and brand equity.

  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and marketing materials.
  • Guide the NPD team in developing and launching new products that align with brand vision and consumer needs.
  • Oversee the execution of global marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and markets.
  • Develop market entry strategies, including localisation of messaging and tactics.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics with the e-commerce team, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve brand initiative effectiveness.
  • Manage the global brand budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximise ROI.

This is a hybrid role, minimum of 3 days a week onsite at our Brighton HQ.About you:We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager with a proven track record in leading brand strategy for a product brand, ideally in the beauty industry. To succeed, we think you’ll also need:

  • Strong business acumen paired with a creative marketing approach.
  • Ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, with a keen eye for detail and prioritisation.
  • A proven leader, with experience mentoring and guiding teams through their own development journeys.
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple projects at any given time.
