Senior Hire Controller – Ealing – Plant£32,000 – £38,000Neos are working with a well-established Plant Hire company that are looking for a Senior Hire Controller to join their team in West London.Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from current and prospective customers regarding equipment hire.
- Coordinate plant allocation to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Manage the administration of inspection records and relevant certification for equipment.
- Issue hire agreements and associated documentation promptly.
- Organize transportation to and from project sites.
- Communicate with transport providers, including obtaining quotes, booking transport, and verifying haulage invoices.
- Operate hire fleet management software to log equipment availability, transport arrangements, and consumable costs.
- Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining strong communication with both clients and suppliers.
- Address and action all requests from customers and project sites.
- Plan and arrange equipment movements efficiently.
- Generate and issue purchase orders as needed.
- Create and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports for Directors or customers as required.
