Location: East Midlands
Salary: Circa £36k DOE

We are working with a leading brand within the powered access space who are looking for a Senior Hire Controller who would come in to be the Assistant Depot Manager. This is a great role for someone who is looking for real career progression into a Depot Manager and beyond.
The role will be working closely with the Regional Manager and you will be supporting with the day to day operations of the Depot.Key Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of the Hire Desk
• Supporting and leading the branch
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and loyalty
• Ensuring that all branch operations comply with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a safe working environment for both staff and customers
