We are now hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join the team.THE ROLEReporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, as Senior Digital Marketing Executive you take the lead with a handful of client accounts. You will be their point of contact and execution for the holistic marketing strategy. This means you’ll account manage, plan, execute and provide reporting for your campaign with excellent client communication. Relying on your upto date industry knowledge you’ll create website/SEO content; with strong skills in proofing, editing and publishing. You’ll also create email campaigns; testing, executing and reporting on your work. As well as paid social media campaigns; setting them up, optimsing and monitoring them. As a guide approximately 60% of your work will be SEO/Content focused.You’ll provide monthly reporting; analysis and progress reporting in regular calls with with your clients to report on progress and future plans. There may also be times that you need to support your colleagues on ad hoc projects, providing cover and support to the wider digital marketing team. Your positive can-do attitude will be much appreciated as will your self starter and problem-solving character traits. To embed yourself in the team, you’ll be a digital marketing enthusiast with a proven track record of driving results across multiple channels.TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• At least 4+ years of demonstrable success in executing SEO/content marketing/email/social media (paid and organic) strategies and campaigns (preferably from agency environment)
• Excellent copywriting and editorial skills to ensure clients’ content is brand-aligned and optimised for SEO – familiarity with AI writing tools is a plus.
• Expertise in analytics and data-driven decision-making, including proficiency with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and campaign reporting platforms.
• Skill in translating client brand identities, positioning, and target audience insights into effective marketing strategies.
• Strong communication skills to foster excellent client relationships across multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment whilst working remotely.
• A passion for digital marketing and self-development.
• Experience using common SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Familiar with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude etc. (desirable)
• Experience with Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager / Search Console.
• A very high standard of written and spoken English.
• Experience using WordPress and/or other Content Management Systems.
• Demonstrable experience in creating and executing email marketing campaigns, preferably in MailChimp or Klaviyo.
• Excellent IT skills e.g. Google Suite / MS Office.

LOCATIONWith an office based in Horsham, Mid Sussex this team all work remotely but come together regularly for more social get-togethers. UK remote working is supported but it’s ideal if you’re located in the South East if you want hybrid work. There are daily online catch ups, regular online planning meetings and good remote working processes in place to support you.BENEFITS
