– Be a key advisor on HR policies, collective agreements, and labor laws.
– Oversee collective agreement renewals, handle grievances, and lead arbitration cases.
– Chair labor relations and health & safety committees, ensuring follow-ups on key initiatives.
– Develop and implement training plans to enhance workforce skills and succession planning.
– Lead workplace investigations, oversee disciplinary processes, and ensure compliance with Quebec labor laws.
– Build strong relationships with union representatives and management to foster a collaborative work environment.What You Bring to the Team:– A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or equivalent experience.
– 5+ years of HR management experience in a unionized environment
– CRHA Membership (required).
– Expertise in Quebec labor laws and experience with union negotiations.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
