As an employee, you are encouraged to discuss your career aspirations and individual development with your manager and/or your Human Resources Advisor to position yourself for growth opportunities, both now and in the future.About The RoleThis Senior HSE Coordinator must have Infrastructure construction industry field experience, be willing and able to travel to projects to complete job duties, and be fully conversant in all relevant health, safety and environmental legislation.As a Senior HSE Coordinator at Graham you will:Support the Project Managers, Superintendents and HSE Regional Manager to ensure all Elements of the HSE MS are communicated to Operational personnelUtilize strong Leadership and communication skills, advising project management on the actions necessary to maintain an acceptable level of safety, ensuring regulatory compliance on the job siteAssist project team to implement short and long term strategies for achieving project and divisional goalsBe accountable for accurate & timely reporting; assist the Regional HSE Manager to analyze trends and initiate processes to address performance issues related to maintaining safe and healthy worksitesCompile documentation (both digital and physical) and summarize HSE statistical data, identify undesirable trends and recommend corrective actionSupport Project Managers and project teams facilitate and complete Group Risk AssessmentsAudit site safety performance and evaluate HSE MS implementation; recommending corrective actions as needed and follow up to ensure implementation.Contribute expertise to investigation of all incidents, when applicableReview and revise, as required, Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs) to ensure consistency with HSE MS and compliance with site-specific regulatory requirements.Assist, conduct and coach workers in Behavior Based Safety (BBS) and Field Level Risk Assessment (FLRA). Also, assist in the development and/or review of Project specific Safety Plans (PSSP)To be Successful at Graham, you will have the following qualifications and experience:Post secondary education in a related field or equivalent combination of post secondary education, trade certification or training and work experience. (Certs, Diplomas, Degrees, etc.)Minimum of 2 years of related HSE field experience or a related disciplineCurrent OFA 3 first aid certificate is an assetNCSO and/or CRSP also an assetInfrastructure construction field experienceIf this sounds like you, then Graham may be the right fit.
