The Senior IT Applications Analyst is a business facing role responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of various IT applications and systems. The candidate will be managing Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Management system as the Technical System Manager (TSM). In this role, you would be expected to lead efforts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on system configuration, technical change controls, CMDB hygiene and audit related activities.
As a Senior IT Applications Analyst, a typical day might include the following:
Coordinates across business departments and stakeholders, gathering and implementing enhancement requests across departments
Acts as a Technical SME/Lead on initiatives and audits for Blue Mountain (BMRAM)
Responsible for System documentation, including, converting User Requirement Specifications to a Detail Design Specification, writing Configuration Test Plans and summary reports; configures reports (tabular, trend and labels).
Processes IT Applications change control requests & works with Validation and Quality departments to ensure IT Applications are implemented following development life cycle approach.
Trains other team members and provides on-the-floor guidance and support to employees.
Coordinates with other IT Applications team members to implement the system in an efficient manner.
Provides end-user support for IT Applications including troubleshooting problems at the application server level.
Leads IT Applications systems security access and periodic audit trail reviews
Works to build monitoring metrics for support of the application, oversees major and minor enhancement schedules and works with appropriate IOPS or Corporate IT Teams to create actionable system or process improvements
In order to be considered for this position, you must hold a BS/BA in Information Technology or related field, and minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. One year of GMP experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry highly preferred.

Salary Range (annually)
$76,100.00 – $124,300.00
