Our client portfolio includes innovative startups, scale-ups, and established enterprises across the UK.The RoleAs a Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-value technical positions. You’ll work closely with clients building AI solutions, IoT platforms, and Big Data infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking with hiring managers to understand complex technical requirements and create effective recruitment strategies. Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates in the AI, Big Data, and IoT space. Managing multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining our high standards of service. Identifying and approaching passive candidates through various channels. Negotiating offers and managing the placement process end-to-end.Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in technology recruitment, with demonstrable success in placing technical professionals
• Strong understanding of the AI, Big Data, and IoT landscape
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Excellent relationship building and networking abilities
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Experience using modern recruitment tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
