To deliver engineering solutions that will maximise productivity, reliability, innovation and quality to the business.Title: Senior Maintenance & Reliability EngineersLocation: Reading / Basingstoke AreaPackage: £47,690 – £66,000 (depending on suitability)As a Senior Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, this will give you the opportunity to:

• Deliver Maintenance & Reliability solutions in relation to defined requirements, across the full engineering lifecycle, to a high standard
• Effective stakeholder management, engaging others in order to have a positive impact on decisions and programme delivery
• Lead, coach and develop a team to meet delivery objectives, as a Task Manager, which may include
• multidisciplinary teams
• Assist with coaching and developing a team to meet delivery objectives, which may include

• Plan and execute tasks in order to deliver agreed objectives to time; requirements, quality and cost
• Identify and support opportunities for cost savings, efficiency and business improvement
• Contribute to identifying appropriate resources

For Senior Maintenance & Reliability Engineers roles we are particularly interested to hear from candidates with experience in some, or all of the following:

• A recognised Engineering-related qualification (NVQ level 4/HNC ideal) and a strong maintenance engineering background (the hiring manager is flexible on discipline)
• Degree in STEM discipline, equivalent NQF level 6 qualification or equivalent experience
• A proven track record of driving technical delivery, performance and continuous improvement
• A technical awareness of product/domain
• Previous experience of delivering technical projects/programmes
