In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance, driving the evolution of DevOps and engineering practices to deliver exceptional results.As a Senior IT Manager, you will lead a high-performing DevOps team of 5-6 Engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will set the strategic direction for DevOps and engineering practices in the UK and play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services while fostering a culture of collaboration between development and operations teams. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to managing DevOps strategies, enabling developers to deliver high-quality software faster and more efficiently.An in-depth knowledge of IT, emerging technologies, and DevOps principles is essential, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence across all levels of the organisation.Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps Services, Git, SonarQube, Veracode, Terraform, Selenium, Artifactory is advantageous.The successful candidate can expect:
