This role will play a key role in shaping our organization’s future and delivery of our Visa 2030 strategy, by supporting Visa and our businesses to align structure, roles, and responsibilities with our strategic goals.We are looking for subject matter expertise and experience in organization design, as well as the passion, strategic thinking, and collaboration to partner with key stakeholders to help drive long-term organizational strategies for Visa, delivering maximum impact and outcomes for our business and our people.The successful candidate will be responsible for advising and supporting on a range of strategic and tactical organization design topics across Visa’s global organization, through from supporting strategic goal and model definition to advising on implementation. They will play a critical role in helping to deliver Visa’s long-term strategic goals – helping establish critical organization design foundations that enable our OD, Talent and People teams to support business priorities, optimize business performance, and enhance team effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:
