The opportunityUnity (NYSE: U) enables creators to build and grow successful games and real-time experiences. Unity’s Core ML Ads group enables creators and advertisers to turn games into businesses. We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager (Product Management) who has experience with people management, machine learning, and distributed systems. This role will sit in London.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is capable of delivering at scale through their team of PMs working on ML products. This candidate will drive clarity and commitment, set high standards, execute relentlessly, and communicate up/out/down crisply. In addition to supporting team members with career growth, this candidate will dive deep into recurring technical issues to ensure they are solved at the root and course-correct cross-functional teams as needed. This candidate should be passionate about state-of-the-art (SOTA) technology and Machine Learning, and how it can drive step-change impact for customers.We value strong ownership, collaboration, and humility. • Earn and keep customer trust by building performant products
• Drive vision, alignment, and standards around our high-growth products
• Hire and develop world-class talent that Thinks Big and sweats the details
• Keep decision-making velocity high without sacrificing quality
• Partner effectively with the Revenue, Engineering, Data Science, and functional services

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience as a manager of PMs on ML services
• Ability to plan long-term and execute short-term
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial; values accountability on highly-visible projects
• Ability to deep dive into data and issues and solve problems at root
• Ability to communicate crisply to customers, commercial leaders, stakeholders

• Experience in AdTech
• Passion for game developers and their creations
• Academic background in Computer Science, Physics, Math(s), Economics
