Keep reading to learn more!Senior Manager, Program Delivery, Brampton, ONWe are seeking a dynamic leader who is passionate about driving value for customers and patients through business process improvement. As a Senior Manager, Program Delivery, you will support Loblaw’s enterprise program focused on reducing costs and improving workflow across the organization. You will support overall plan and communication management, manage interdependencies within initiatives and teams, partner with cross-functional experts, and pressure test business cases to support benefits tracking. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader that possesses a strong ability to strategically plan and effectively problem solve across multiple lines of business.This position will report to the Director, Planning and Delivery and work closely with the Chief Technology and Analytics Officer to achieve our enterprise savings goals.What You’ll Do:

  • Lead plan management for initiative planning and ongoing tracking as it relates to overall program delivery including reporting and communication.
  • Employ a data-driven approach to decision-making, providing the team with quantitative and qualitative insights to support strategic initiatives.
  • Perform root cause analysis and create detailed business cases, financial models and business impact assessments to support the case for change.
  • Support the rollout of new business processes that enhance end-user experience, mitigate business risk, and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of appropriate oversight and governance activities, programs, and policies specific to the program with cross-functional areas of the organization, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement, standardization and enforcement.
  • Collaborate with and present to the leadership team to proactively set and manage expectations around program objectives, timelines, risks, and overall status.
  • Support the program team as a point of escalation to leadership teams when required, to drive alignment on objectives, de-risk timelines, strategic optionality for program execution, and ensure organizational alignment.
  • Identify key gaps in project plan and dependencies with the ability to organize and facilitate candid conversation and drive to conclusion.
  • Understand and communicate business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry.
  • Distilling complex information presented in concise terms and visuals to enable high-confidence decision making.

What You Bring:

  • Progressive experience in business program management including experience leading large-scale change projects from start to finish
  • Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Business teams
  • Experience with project management, cross-functional collaboration, leading high-performing teams, and working with a wide range of stakeholders and leadership teams
  • You have a “can do” attitude. Owning a problem doesn’t scare you, but rather empowers you to take 100% responsibility for achieving our mission.
  • You thrive on collaboration and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can turn incomplete or even conflicting inputs into clear plans.
  • You have experience identifying and implementing scalable solutions to systemic challenges.
  • You’re a clear communicator (both written & verbal) who can work with senior leadership to unblock teams, mitigate risks, and drive successful program outcomes.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PgMP, PMI-RMP, etc).
  • Experience working with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence and MS Project)
