We are hiring for a London, UK-based (Hybrid ) Senior Manager in Sales Learning to spearhead our learning and development efforts within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector.

This role is vital in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, developing employee capabilities, and aligning learning initiatives with organizational objectives.

About You – Experience, Skills, and Accomplishments:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior learning and development role, ideally within Life Sciences or Healthcare.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC and familiarity with the Allego platform.

It would be great if you also had :

  • Expertise in digital learning platforms and content creation.
  • Certification in coaching or related disciplines.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards in Life Sciences and Healthcare.

What will you be doing in this role ?

  • Learning and Development: Design and implement tailored strategies for Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors, incorporating MEDDPICC methodologies, and develop/ deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide personalized coaching to employees and implement structured frameworks to foster professional growth and a culture of continuous learning.
  • Performance Management: Lead skills reviews, support career development planning, and evaluate training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leaders and external experts to align learning initiatives with business goals and industry standards.
  • Technology Integration: Utilize Allego and other digital tools to enhance training delivery and engagement, staying updated on the latest learning technologies.

About the Team :

The Sales Enablement team in Clarivate’s Life Sciences & Healthcare segment is a globally distributed group driving learning excellence and impactful educational initiatives. Based in the UK, the team includes Sales Learning Managers, a Sales Enablement Manager, and a Sales Program Manager, supported by ten Customer Education Managers across the US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.

The Commercial Excellence function encompasses:

  • Customer Education: Empowering customers to maximize value through our technology.
  • Customer Enablement: Focusing on role-based and product-specific skills, scalable tech enablement, and communication programs.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time permanent position based in London, UK and will require hybrid working in our Liverpool Street office (2-3 days per week in office, rest of week remote).

This position requires weekday (Monday – Friday) attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
