The energy behind the brand is infectious, and as we grow, we are always looking for extraordinary talent who want to be part of this our success and help drive our limitless ambitions.About the roleWe are looking for a driven, hands on & passionate superstar to join our newly formed Travel Retail (TR) division based in London as an Senior Marketing Manager for Travel Retail reporting into the Head of Marketing for Global TR.As you will be joining a newly formed division & function, you will be part of the founding members of this new team and therefore involved in all areas of marketing including: new retailer launch planning & execution, unlocking trade visibility & maximising retail opportunities, campaign activation, exclusive product set development & category management and more to building ground-breaking, disruptive plans across all our TR retail partners.As one of our Travel Retail marketing guardians, we are looking for someone that is ready to join a fast paced & creative environment where you can collaborate effectively with all regional and global teams and inspire our retail partners with your attitude to excellence, your unstoppable creative flair and passion for getting things done!As a Senior Marketing Manager you will
- DRIVE AND LEAD THE LAUNCH OF NEW RETAILERS ACROSS EMEA + ME: acting as the core brand guardian, developing exceptional, legacy building & strategic launch plans in close collaboration with Global, VM, Store Design, PR, Commercial, and Retail teams, tailoring plans to the retailers/market needs on time, on target and within budget whilst ensuring the smooth management of key internal & external stakeholders. Collaborating with regional counterparts to ensure a robust sustain plan is in place to accelerate growth, maintaining ranking & brand awareness.
- LEAD & DELIVER INTEGRATED 360 MARKETING CAMPAIGNS: work closely with all departments from Commercial, Retail, Digital, Education, PRO Artistry, Global Marketing, NPD plus external partners to deliver 360 marketing campaigns, launches and events that push industry boundaries and break records. You will be accountable for attending weekly global marketing meetings, curating launch ideas, content ideation and briefing, digital and print artwork briefing, leading on virtual and in store events seeking opportunities to maximise engagement and conversion, managing launch communications, general activation support and post campaign analysis. You will be responsible for defining the Launch strategy across our TR channels in relation to the industry as well as our global business.
- DIGITAL & TECH NATIVE: bring thought-leadership and digital excellence to innovative and disruptive brand activities within your retailers, raising total brand awareness & creating memorable brand moments; challenging the status quo by identifying best practices across the industry and opportunities to increase Charlotte Tilbury’s share of voice and ranking in your regions, retailers & doors with a strong lens on driving the best omnichannel customer experience.
- DRIVE TRADE MARKETING TRAVEL RETAIL STRATEGY: Lead the planning and delivery of retailer marketing plans across the region, working closely with your wider mkt team + commercial teams and engaging retail partners to secure exceptional marketing support delivered with flawless attention to detail.
- BECOME THE ULTIMATE CATEGORY & PRODUCT EXPERT: date driven & product obsessed! You will be responsible for understanding the TR market and product/customer dynamics to uncover product opportunities & gaps; briefing new products/sets in collaboration with NPD, portfolio & commercial on time & in budget. You will be responsible for defining & implementing the TR category strategy &
- LEAD THE DAILY/WEEKLY/ANNUAL MARKETING CALENDAR: responsible for driving & developing your retailer/regional marketing calendar/ JBP; leverage the full marketing mix to deliver plans that drive our NPD whilst also accelerating the growth our core franchises.
- CO-OWN BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Demonstrate high attention to detail when budget planning and phasing in partnership with the HOM & ABM.
- PROCESS OBSESSED: Support in establishing clear processes within the TR team to ensure a best-in-class delivery is achieved across the region and function, particularly focusing on cross functional & regional collaboration. Drive the planning, approval & follow-up of key projects to gain alignment from all key internal & external stakeholders.
- THOUGHT LEADERSHIP: be a visionary, be creative, be disruptive – we’re looking for bold, big thinkers who will propel our business forward. We are looking for an exceptional Storyteller- verbally & visually!
- TEAM CENTRIC! As a senior marketing figure, you are responsible for fuelling a TR legacy & team culture within our small yet growing team but also within the wider business. Your role is dependent on building long lasting, autonomous & trusting relationships across all internal areas (with special focus to all global & regional leads) but also with our key external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Must be open to regional and international travel
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager position or similar
- Experienced in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair
- Incredible visual and verbal storyteller – your presentation & delivery needs transfix your audience
- Digitally native and good knowledge of all digital marketing channels
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines in a timely manner and ruthlessly prioritise
- Have a flexible, positive, and professional attitude
- Exceptional organisational skills showing great attention to detail
- Adept managing multiple stakeholders
- An excellent communicator comfortable presenting, able to influence and effectively articulate your point of view

- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- A natural curiosity, passion, and love/obsession for the beauty industry
