DescriptionSenior Marketing Manager – Beauty/ Skincare – Up to £85kZachary Daniels are currently partnered with an exciting and emerging powerhouse in the beauty industry as they looking for a new Senior Marketing Manager. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the beauty brand’s marketing strategy. This is a key leadership role, perfect for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in beauty or luxury brand marketing. You’ll lead, hire and develop a talented marketing team, working closely with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure our brand message resonates across all channels and markets.The company have some exciting plans for next year, anyone with international experience would be great as well as experience within NPD too! They have some big activation plans and a very healthy budget for next year!What You’ll Do:

• Craft Winning Strategies: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with brands vision, driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and market share.
• Lead Brand Management: Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all platforms – from digital and social media to PR and retail.
• Drive Campaign Success: Lead the development, implementation, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness and sales.
• Unlock Market Insights: Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, understand consumer behaviour, and refine the marketing strategies.
• Inspire & Lead: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Maximise ROI: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for maximum impact.
• Forge Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with influencers, retailers, and other key stakeholders to enhance the brand’s visibility.
• Execute Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches with precision, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
• Measure & Optimise: Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular insights to refine and optimise our marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 6+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior role within beauty, skincare, or luxury sectors.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (a Master’s is a plus). (preferred/ not essential)
• Strategic & Analytical: Strong ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Leadership Excellence: Proven experience in leading and developing a marketing team.
• Creative Visionary: A passion for beauty and luxury branding, with an innovative and creative approach.
• Excellent Communicator: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
• Digital Expert: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, e-commerce, and content marketing.
• Results-Driven: A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Adaptable: Ready to thrive in a rapidly changing market and business landscape.
