Do you enjoy being involved on a wide variety of engineering tasks on large-scale, complex projects? Parsons is now hiring a Senior Municipal/Project Manager for our rapidly expanding portfolio of infrastructure projects in Alberta.This position will create opportunities and provide services to meet our municipal clients’ needs and objectives for the design and construction of roads, water, sanitary, drainage and active transportation infrastructure with the potential of participating in projects across Western Canada. You will liaise with clients and stakeholders, manage design teams, and manage projects during the construction phase. You will be the key interface and primary point of contact on project-related matters for the successful delivery of projects, and in pursuing new opportunities with municipalities located in Southern Alberta.Parsons’ extensive experience, combined with your advanced project and engineering knowledge, will propel your career forward with opportunities to support our clients in delivering solutions that meet the needs of tomorrow. We want our engineers to be versatile, enthusiastic to work in a flexible team-oriented environment and to have exceptional communication, analytical and leadership skills. In this role you will integrate the various engineering, estimating, scheduling, procurement, construction, and startup aspects of projects.The position requires someone based in Calgary, preferably with significant experience working with the City of Calgary as well as other municipalities. This is a flexible hybrid role with some time expected each week in the Calgary office and some time at home. Full-time at the office is also supported.Responsibilities:
