Randstad Sourceright is a truly global company, and so are our clients.The team you’ll be working with;You will join Randstad Sourceright and provide dedicated Senior Operational Management to one of our clients within the insurance industry. The team are located across the UK and is in growth mode.Location: London – weekly at least 1 -2 visits to the client office based in London.You, as a Senior Operations Manager, will be responsible for providing the client with a specialist RPO & MSP / ‘total talent’ solution based on their bespoke service offering as per the client contract. Manage and control all aspects of recruitment within the designated business areas of the client company. Liaising and interfacing with Hiring Managers and key external and internal stakeholders to add value to the recruitment process and managing an onsite/remote Recruitment Delivery Team.If you have strong experience in Total Talent Solutions, specifically RPO, along with exemplary stakeholder and remote people management skills, enjoy working at pace and have the desire to drive things forward, you will thoroughly enjoy and succeed in this roleWhat Will You Get?
