Job Description:

We’re currently looking for a Senior Operations Manager to be responsible for leadership, direction and oversight of BU operations, delivering an efficient and effective end to end service.

 

Responsibilities

• Drive continual improvement across key measures of efficiency, quality, people, service delivery and compliance.
• Represent the business appropriately in client facing meetings
• Define and shape future change and improvements to enable client satisfaction
• Maintain key relationships with other business areas, clients and other stakeholders, and convert client aspirations into operational delivery
• Establish strategies and direct the activities needed for hiring, succession planning, training, assigning, directing, evaluating, rewarding and retaining employees
• Accountability for Health & Safety across the business area

 

About You

• Strategy execution, planning and organising skills
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of operating principles, practices, and procedures as well as commercial awareness
• Ability to analyse and interpret operational data, prepare business reports and translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to champion innovation and continuous improvement
