You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about delivering measurable results for clients.   • Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube/Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Ensure campaign delivery excellence, maintaining high standards in performance tracking, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Develop innovative and strategic social approaches that align with client goals, leveraging new platform formats and techniques.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and share thought leadership on platform innovations, paid media strategies, and emerging social trends.
  • Share best practices and insights both internally and externally.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, platform representatives, and software partners to maximize campaign success.
  • Generate detailed campaign analysis and insights that drive continuous improvement.
  • Present monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Push reporting excellence through utilisation of automated dashboards.
  • Leverage tools such as Sprout, Meltwater, Supermetrics, RivalIQ, and be willing to upskill in additional platforms if needed.

Key Skills & Experience✅ Essential:

  • Proven experience in paid media campaign management across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube/Google, and LinkedIn.
  • A deep understanding of social advertising formats, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance optimization.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver insights and recommendations clearly.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneousl

✅ Desirable (Bonus Skills):

  • Experience with Sprout, Meltwater, Supermetrics, RivalIQ, or a willingness to learn these tools.
  • Knowledge of paid search and biddable media strategies.
