This is an exciting role to make a positive impact in Lyft’s newest, fastest growing international site, and help our team members make Lyft an amazing experience for our riders and drivers! You will work with local leaders and teams in the Toronto office and partner on broader Canada-wide initiatives in partnership with our COEs.In addition to regional leadership across Toronto, you will also provide global strategic partnership with senior leaders in our Platforms organization. You will be an integral part of the leadership and management teams, acting as a thought leader on people and organizational topics.The ideal candidate has experience working in a dynamic, global organization; both as a regional and functional people partner. We are seeking a creative problem solver, who is passionate about enabling organizations to more effectively achieve their business objectives, and can thrive in ambiguous situations, while fostering a collaborative, open, and engaging culture.Responsibilities:
