Central to this transformation is our business partnering model and the opportunity to provide a high quality, proactive service to senior stakeholders in a matrix working environment.This role will partner with our International markets and work closely with our International MD and their leadership teams to support growth. In particular the focus will be on our France market and growing team needs, including establishing and maintaining a formal social and economic committee or comité social et économique (CSE) and meeting the legal obligations for an entity with 50+ employees. This requires working knowledge and practical experience of the France market.We’re looking for a Senior People Partner who demonstrates curiosity and drive for the teams they support, and is motivated by a desire to influence through strong relationships and delivering value-adding insights. You’ll be championing GoCardless’ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and learning initiatives, driving organisational effectiveness and providing guidance about growing high performing teams. Salary range: €85,600 – €128,400Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role.
