Job Title Senior People Partner (FTC)Job Description Summary We are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our People team on a fixed term contract basis.The Senior People Partner will report into the Head of People Partnering, UK&I, and will own the strategic relationships within key business/client areas, partnering the business leaders on driving and shaping the overall business agenda through implementing the people strategy. You will also lead and support on key HR projects and initiatives.You will manage, coach and advise on employee relations, organisational design, performance management, employee engagement, leadership coaching and workforce planning. With the support and close partnership of the People Team Centre’s of Excellence (COE’s) the successful candidate will also advise the business on compensation, pay and benefits, senior talent hiring, talent development and learning & development activities.You will be able to build excellent relationships through savvy matrix stakeholder management across varied and complex stakeholder groups. You will have excellent influencing skills with the ability to provide an appropriate level of challenge and be able to manage and navigate ambiguity and change well, in a fast paced environment. You will need to have a strong ability to draw on your skills and experiences to make sound judgement calls in often uncertain and unclear situations.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for owning the key business stakeholder relationships
- Work in partnership with business leaders to support business strategy and the successful implementation of strategic HR priorities, integrating all people related activity
- Business Partner ExCo members and Senior Leadership teams to provide, advice, support, counsel on delivery and execution of strategic business plans
- Creation and implementation of strategic resourcing plans. Partnering with Finance & ExCo in the support of managing the Annual Operating Plan in dedicated business area(s)
- Strategic Talent Mapping to retain and develop top talent in key and leadership roles. Work with the dedicated business area to evaluate talent and take appropriate action plans on recommendations
- Implementation of Reward Strategy, partnering and influencing the business and Remuneration Committee in the annual remuneration process
- Drive high performance through the annual PMP process
- Using people data and insights to solve business challenges and steer business decisions
- Support continual improvements to the employee experience by providing insight and feedback to Centres of Excellence
- Act as liaison between the business needs and the People team; work with Centre of Excellence to leverage expertise, processes, and programmes to meet business outcomes
- Advise People function on business impact of policies, process, and programs owned and driven by Centre of Excellence, People Services
- Advocate for the Global People Team and trust their peers to bring expertise, insights, delivery
Knowledge & Experience:
- Degree Level or Equivalent qualification
- Proven HR Generalist/Business Partnering experience including strong employee relations experince, employment law, employee engagement, succession planning, Compensation, Performance management, Workforce planning and hiring.
- Industry knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, Transactions / Sales, or Services experience ideal
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law framework
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues and motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, senior management, and people groups to take desired action.
- Hands-on experience with HR Technology platforms to manage people data, compensation, performance and reward activities including Workday.
- A capable and confident communicator, with strong personal presence. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization to achieve outcomes.
- Leading and working in a complex global organisation with a matrix structure at Group, Regional and Country level

- Team player, but has the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent command of written/verbal English
