Performance Designer, Creative ServicesWorking at our iconic office in King’s Cross, London, and virtually via Microsoft TeamsYour new role at NewDayWe’re growing our inhouse agency, and we’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer to help us elevate our creative ideation and output. Blending creative vision, critical thinking, channel expertise as well as technical expertise, the role will be pivotal to the expansion of our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creative roles, a strong portfolio showcasing breadth of expertise, and able encourage both colleagues and customers. They will be an imaginative problem solver, tackling briefs across performance, brand and digital, and will be keen to push innovative thinking, working closely with Studio leadership to elevate the culture and processes of the team.There is also an opportunity to support leadership through helping to craft the team culture, mentoring and line management.You’ll deliver
