Advanced Practitioner- Safeguarding- £42 p/hr – flexible workingNonstop care is currently working with a well established local authority in the South Essex area who are looking for an Advanced Practitioner to join their Safeguarding teamThey offer the opportunity to work from home which offers extra support for their workforce and helps assist with effective and efficient caseload management, giving you greater job satisfaction and flexibility.Responsibilities:Engage with children, their carers and families in such a way as to clearly understand their circumstances, wishes and feelings and form conclusions which direct longer term interventions focused on the best interests of the child.Be first point of contact for the children helping to create a safer environment, ensuring that the children grow up safe with action being taken when it is of the best outcome of the child.Benefits:

Requirements:The role requires a recognised social work qualification ideally with 5 years minimum post qualifying experience, ideally within Child Protection teams.
