Senior Process Technician (Mold Tech III)

A plastic manufacturing company in Everett is looking to expand it’s team! This is a permanent full time Senior Process Technician position.

provides design, development, tooling and injection molding for boating
products, tooling and military items. The entire production process is built
around providing top quality and value, from mold design and quick turnaround
in manufacturing to award-winning labeling, packaging, and shipping services.

Senior Process Technician job duties:

• Work closely with Production manager to start up and shut down production machines, ensure they stay running all during scheduled operation
• Test and qualify new molds with engineering team and tool makers
• Ensure adjustments are made to reduce rejected parts
• Train and assist with training of set up technicians and mold technicians
• Report machine maintenance or damages as well as assist with repairs if needed

Senior Process Technician job requirements:

• Have 2 – 5 years of experience in production environment as a mold technician
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong basic math skills ( Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications
• Occasionally lift 35 pounds to chest level
• Successful completion of forklift certification within 4 weeks of hire

Pay:
$27 – $50 per hour

Shift: Monday – Thursday, Swing Shift 12:00pm – 10:00pm

• Overtime is occasionally available
