• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Align product goals with business objectives and customer needs, focusing on the hospitality market
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position the product effectively in the revenue management software market

Requirements Gathering and Prioritization

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignmentwith core features like AI-powered rate optimization and seamless platform integrations
• Maintain a well-defined product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize features based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility

Roadmap Management

• Develop and communicate a dynamic product roadmap aligned with strategic goals and market trends
• Adjust the roadmap to accommodate changing priorities, feedback, and seasonal trends in the hospitality industry

Collaboration with the Development Team

• Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication
• Facilitate the development of onboarding tools, AI algorithm enhancements, and scalable architecture

Sprint Planning and Execution

• Lead sprint planning sessions, breaking down user stories into actionable tasks
• Monitor sprint progress and address issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product increments

Stakeholder Communication and Reporting

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product milestones and performance
• Deliver presentations and reports to leadership on product progress and market impact

Customer Engagement and Feedback

• Engage with target customers to gather feedback and refine product features
• Build strong relationships with key partners, leveraging insights for product improvement and growth

About You:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management or similar related discipline is essential
• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or similar role, preferably in SaaS or hospitality technology
• Expertise in defining MVPs, go-to-market strategies, and scaling standalone products
• Strong understanding of AI applications in pricing optimization and hospitality trends
• Proficient in roadmap planning, backlog management, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with platform integrations in the hospitality sector
• Familiarity with subscription-based revenue models
• Previous success in launching products in international markets
• Being fluent in the English language, written and verbal, is essential
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
