You’ll be joining a passionate team whose resumes include Canva, Figma, GitLab, Google, InVision, Typeform and Zendesk.WHAT YOU WILL DOSpend a lot of time with our customers and users to deeply understand their needsDevelop key parts of our product roadmap, marrying customers’ needs with our product visionEmpower your team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignmentDrive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient executionCoordinate cross-functionally with with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders across the companyBuild processes that will scale as our team and company go through rapid growthWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORYou have 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B or B2B2C SaaS company.You have experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making.You have high customer empathy and product craft, with a strong attention to detail.You have a proven track record of shaping and launching products in ambiguous and evolving settings.You are an excellent written and verbal communicator.You have a proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results.You collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.You have a learning and growth mindset.You are mission-first and understand that your success is measured by your product and team’s success.WHAT TO EXPECTIn this role you will report directly to the product director and work closely with a fully remote, cross-functional, and dynamic team distributed across the US and EU.You will join a team of senior product managers who are passionate about product development and the craft of product discovery.Your role will involve collaborating with our diverse team to drive product strategy, overview development, and go-to-market launches, and ultimately shape the future of Maze’s business.At Maze, we are dedicated to building an equitable, inclusive, and authentic workspace.
