We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who loves working with a team to deliver truly exceptional products that drive measurable impact.Being part of our product team within Beam will mean experimenting, learning from our mistakes and successes, setting a sky-high quality bar for product, and influencing the strategic direction based on partner feedback and market demands.Please note this role is London-based, working a minimum of 2 days per week from our Hoxton HQ, and we are unable to sponsor visas at this time.You’ll beIncreasing our efficiency – both of the product and team, in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the normHands-on with product management – Managing multiple products and priorities, whilst being able to set the roadmap at a squad levelEstablishing clear and measurable goals – Define and set meaningful goals, for which you hold yourself and our engineers accountableMaking evidence-based decisions – Uusing a mix of qualitative, quantitative, and market insights. You don’t get stuck in analysis paralysis, and if you find yourself there, you ask for help to get out of it.Growing daily – Using mistakes as an opportunity for learning, and coaching your squad to deliver consistent high performanceYou’ll haveA results-driven mindset – you thrive working towards ambitious team and individual KPIsHands-on experience as a product manager in a fast-paced tech company, and delivering world class products, with an obsessive eye for quality and detail. –A track record of success – A proven history of successful product discovery and delivery working closely with engineers, designers and other PMsDeep technical expertise – Understand well the mechanics, metrics, and levers of a B2B SaaS or tooling product with a specific focus on AI and automation, nice to have is a background in engineering, AI/ML or data sciencePassion – A desire to work in a respectful, transparent, and collaborative work environment, excited by Beam’s company values, culture and ways of workingSound like you?
