We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who loves working with a team to deliver truly exceptional products.Being part of our product team within Beam will mean experimenting, learning from our mistakes and successes, setting a sky-high quality bar for product, and influencing the strategic direction based on partner feedback and market demands.Please note this role is London-based, working a minimum of 2 days per week from our Hoxton HQ, and we are unable to sponsor visas at this time. You will also spend some time with users of the product in the field.You’ll beHands-on with product management – Managing multiple products and priorities, whilst being able to set the roadmap at a squad levelEstablishing clear and measurable goals – Define and set meaningful goals, for which you hold yourself and our engineers accountableMaking evidence-based decisions – Using a mix of qualitative, quantitative, and market insights. You don’t get stuck in analysis paralysis, and if you find yourself there, you ask for help to get out of it.Growing daily – Using mistakes as an opportunity for learning, and coaching your squad to deliver consistent high performanceYou’ll haveA results-driven mindset – you thrive working towards ambitious team and individual KPIsAt least 4 years’ hands-on experience as a product manager in a fast-paced tech company, and delivering world class products, ideally SaaS, with an obsessive eye for quality and detailA track record of success – A proven history of successful product discovery and delivery working closely with engineers, designers and other PMsTechnical expertise – Understand well the mechanics and metrics of SaaS – a nice to have is a background in engineering, AI/ML or data sciencePassion – a hunger to work in a collaborative culture, excited by Beam’s company values and missionSound like you?
