We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who loves discovery and building truly exceptional products that drive measurable impact.Being part of our product team at Beam will mean experimenting, learning from our mistakes and successes and setting a sky-high quality bar for product.Please note this role is London-based, working a minimum of 2 days per week from our Shoreditch HQ, and we are unable to sponsor visas at this time. Given almost all the users of our tooling are at HQ, we have a preference for people who are keen to spend more than 2 days per week learning about their users’ problems at HQ.You’ll beHands-on with product management – Managing multiple products and priorities, whilst being able to set the roadmap at a squad levelEstablishing clear and measurable goals – Define and set meaningful goals, for which you hold yourself and our engineers accountableMaking evidence-based decisions – Using a mix of qualitative, quantitative data. You don’t get stuck in analysis paralysis, and if you find yourself there, you ask for help to get out of it.Growing daily – Using mistakes as an opportunity for learning, and coaching your squad to deliver consistent high performanceYou’ll haveA results-driven mindset – you thrive working towards ambitious team and individual KPIsAt least 4 years’ hands-on experience as a product manager in a fast-paced tech company, and delivering world class products, with an obsessive eye for quality and detailA track record of success – a proven history of successful product discovery and delivery working closely with engineers, designers and other PMsExperience and passion for building tooling to drive operational efficiencies, with a passion for AIPassion – a hunger to work in a collaborative culture, excited by Beam’s company values and missionSound like you?
