But that’s not all – we’re creative problem solvers with an entrepreneurial spirit.About the RoleICIS is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing international product team and play a key role in the development and delivery of ICIS’ product portfolio, supporting our customers with the tools and data they need to successfully navigate global value chains every day. Working closely with customers, the product and technical teams, and a wider group of stakeholders, you will own and develop the commercial roadmap for Insight – the core of ICIS’ portfolio that provides customers data and insight into what matters now. This includes insight, pricing and fundamental data delivered multichannel. Not only will you be working on exciting projects and with cutting edge technologies, but you will also be surrounded by a team of like-minded professionals from whom you can learn and grow.ResponsibilitiesOwns the development and delivery of the product strategy for Insight portfolio, with objective of driving commercial outcomes for the company while meeting the ICIS mission to optimise the world’s resourcesProduct development lifecycle: take bets through the product lifecycle, participating in product discovery and testing and presenting findings and recommendations to peers and stakeholdersCustomer focus; interact with customers to understand the challenges in developing industry as well as gather requirements and understand key customer needs and market basics, ensuring we build the right things at the right time and coaches the team to ensure customer needs are metGo to market and product marketing lifecycle; working closely with the internal business partners (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Support) to gather and assess product needs in the marketplace, manage customer feedback and provide input and expertise to the marketing and other customer materials. Support the roll out of new products and features across the business through clear go to market launch plansProduct delivery; defining and prioritising deliverables from design and planning to release while working with technical development teams, UX and design, fellow product managers and wider stakeholdersData-driven decision making and analysis: working closely with the Product Analyst interrogating and interpreting data; ability to drive conclusions from data and recommend and execute relevant actions to help drive further product development and increase customer satisfactionCoach and mentor junior members of the teamRequirementsProven experience in managing complex data products, with the chance to deepen your expertise in commodity market data, having worked in commodities would be an advantageIntellectual curiosity is a superpower – we’re seeking professionals who are passionate about understanding the evolving landscape of commodity markets and technical innovationDemonstrated ability to bridge product strategy with technical implementation across different channels such as web, Cloud and data integrationOpportunity to deepen AI knowledge both in terms of how we embed internally and delight customers externallyEntrepreneurial mindset with the autonomy to drive product strategy and innovationGreat organisational and prioritisation skills and attention to details with the ability to make decisions under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to connect and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels of seniorityUnderstands agile methodologies such as ScrumStrong at networking and building relationships with all parts of the organisation independent of deliverables.
