You are: 

Senior Program Management

Lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. The ISAP team is responsible for maintaining a cloud-based data architecture across unclassified and classified enclaves that centralizes administrative data holdings across the client, enabling further analytic capabilities. Using data sets from the Insider & Security Analytics Platform (ISAP), the Research and Analysis Unit (RAU) is responsible for developing alerts and analytics to proactively identify, triage, and visualize potential insider risk. To develop these alerts, RAU is using potential risk indicators and factors (PRIF) associated with various threat areas. As the alerts are built, observed PRIFs will be combined to create an insider risk score for an individual. The goal is to have a dashboard to display individuals who have the highest individual insider risk scores, prioritized by the platform based on analyst requirements, in real time.

Responsibilities Include:

• Databricks and Lakehouse architectures
• AWS OpenSearch • Experience utilizing big data technologies and knowledge of data science models to analyze large amounts of data and create valuable insights
• Expertise in architect and utilization of large-scale data processing, computationally intensive statistical modeling, and advanced analytics
• Ability to deliver an advanced visual analytic application to include developing data analytics for desktop and web-developed visual analytic software; facilitating the bulk analysis of relational information utilizing advanced graphics, visualization, and high-performance computing

Here’s what you need:

• Experience integrating third-party components, the introduction of new custom capabilities, modification of existing code, process improvement recommendation, and automation of operations and maintenance tasks
• Experience with Splunk, Oracle/SQL based platforms, and Python 
• Experience with AWS, Splunk, Databrick, and other Oracle/SQL based platforms 
• Bachelors Degree and 8 years of overall experience in software development environment

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:$76,300—$178,600 USD
