DESCRIPTIONWe are the People Experience Foundation (PXF) organization, responsible for building the employee experiences and distributed web services that supports Amazon employees every day by teaching and reinforcing our unique Day 1 culture. Are you passionate about delivering products at a global scale, creating simple solutions for complex problems, and inventing new ways to delight customers?We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team and help drive the delivery for some our key programs for Amazon Learn.Key job responsibilities
– Lead large, complex programs supporting diverse customer populations
– Develop change management communications and effective training and for internal stakeholders and system users.
– Support multiple customer sets by leading voice of the customer mechanisms and customer interactions
– Support product and tech with key feature rollouts
– Communicates status risks, and changes of program milestones to a large user population and senior business leaders
– Surface opportunities to innovate to continuously improve organizational efficiency
– Manage multiple internal and external, cross-functional and globally distributed stakeholdersBASIC QUALIFICATIONS– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
– Bachelor’s degreePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related fieldAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
