Hours of work: The successful candidates must be available for 12-hour shifts.Good Shepherd is preparing to launch a new, innovative shelter that will provide emergency accommodation to individuals and domestic partnerships currently living in encampments- we are seeking a Senior Program Managers.This housing-focused shelter program, will offer stand-alone units for residents (and their pets) on a city-owned site at Tiffany and Barton Streets. The program team will provide intensive, adaptive supports and services to residents with highly complex barriers to finding and sustaining housing in the community.If you have proven experience and are ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you! This is a unique opportunity to continue to grow with Good Shepherd and to contribute to an impactful new initiative.How You Will Make an ImpactIn this role, you will oversee the full cycle of program development, from strategy formulation to implementation and ongoing operations for new initiatives. You will be responsible for managing complex client cases, ensuring our services meet high standards of care and adaptability to evolving needs.You will be supervising team members and providing mentorship and coaching to foster professional growth and effective service delivery. You will lead hiring efforts, conduct performance management, and ensure alignment with Good Shepherds Mission and goals.Collaboration with senior leadership is essential, as you align program goals with the broader mission. This position requires a proven background in program management, with strong strategic planning and implementation skills, demonstrated leadership in managing complex client services, and a high degree of flexibility to respond to the dynamic needs of our clients and programs.
