We are now looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager on a permanent basis to step onto our Business Architecture project.More about your roleReporting to the Head of Project Management, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects which will meet the business requirements and ensure the relevant governance and documentation is in place. As well as line management of junior members of staff, you will provide support in removing risks and issues in order to achieve successful outcomes.This role does offer remote working options but you would be required to visit our offices in Preston or Leeds at least once a month for meetings.More about youThe primary focus of this role is to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget. Leading by example, you will manage budgets effectively in accordance with financial and resource plans.In addition, you will be expected to participate in training and development sessions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.The ideal candidate will have experience of Business Architecture/ Value stream mapping as well as a proven track record of working on Transformation projects.Experience & Skills

  • Experience of Business Architecture/ Value Stream Mapping,
  • A proven track record of leading transformation projects,
  • Experience leading and managing teams,
  • A track record of project management methodologies such as PRINCE II or Agile.
